ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Notes on returns

Please read before using

We will accept returns due to customer's convenience only if you apply within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

• When resizing or processing
• In the event of injury or damage caused by the customer
• After using
• If you do not contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the product
• When 9 days have passed since the product arrived
• If we receive an item different from the one you purchased
• When purchased by shopping credit payment
• When the security tag (golden paper tag) is removed from the product
• Products with accessories (guarantee/storage bags, etc.) may not have all of them.

* Items purchased at our Yahoo Auctions are not eligible for returns.

*If you return the item in a dirty box or bag, it may be damaged or soiled, and we may not be able to accept your return.

*Returns may be refused at our discretion due to other reasons (repeated returns, etc.).

Refund procedure

• In the case of credit card payment, we will cancel it.
  Depending on the closing date of the card you use, it may be withdrawn once, but in that case it will be offset in the next month.
• In the case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the product price minus the transfer fee from our company will be refunded to your bank account.
